Industry 4.0. The ‘entrepreneurial’ workers are on their way
As work changes, so do workers. With Industry 4.0, we are witnessing a cultural revolution within companies. Greater skills, greater involvement and improved welfare are also transforming the relationships between employees, employers and trade union representatives. Perhaps the crisis has accelerated production processes and the very relationships between the various stakeholders striving to fulfil themselves through their work.
These are the findings of the third Mol-Monitor survey on work: an analytical study aimed at highlighting changes in workers’ attitudes and work cultures, carried out by Community Media Research on behalf of Federmeccanica.
