In recent years he has managed the communication of prestigious Italian and international companies, supporting them in the process of listing on the stock exchange and in ordinary and extraordinary finance transactions. In the litigation PR sector, he has followed the communication profiles of civil, administrative and criminal judicial proceedings characterised by high media coverage both in Italy and abroad.

He also has an excellent track record in the field of crisis communications and restructuring, areas in which he has managed the reputation on behalf of prestigious companies. His experience in Community is completed with the management of corporate communication for some of the leading multinationals operating in Italy. He lectures in financial communication at masters and companies.

Marco holds a law degree and a master's degree in marketing and financial communication.

In Community since 2010, Pasquo has almost 30 years of experience in corporate, crisis, major issues and financial communication.

He assists Italian and international companies in the definition and implementation of communication strategies and has managed more than 20 IPOs, 40 M&A transactions and investor and media relations projects for 80 listed companies; he has also handled trade union relations during company reorganisations.

Pasquo also managed internal communication projects following major organisational changes and issue and crisis management on the topics of occupational safety, consumer health, sports doping, production externalities, and product recall campaigns.

Before devoting himself to communications and PR, Pasquo worked in strategic consulting firms such as Roland Berger & Partners and Booz-Hallen & Hamilton.

Pasquo holds a degree in Business Administration.

Giovanna has been part of teams promoting major events and has gained experience in political communication and managing relations with national institutions, including through the creation of stakeholder engagement projects.

He previously worked with the press office of the Italian Representation to the European Institutions in Brussels.

Giovanna holds a Master's degree in Corporate Public Relations from the University of Udine and is fluent in English and French.

Daniele is a professor of Sociology of Economic Processes at the University of Padua and created the Research&Analysis division in 2013 with the aim of carrying out socio-economic research and studies also in support of corporate communication and reputation building.

In 2022, President of the Republic Mattarella awarded him the honour of Commendatore dell'Ordine 'Al Merito della Repubblica Italiana'. He directed the Fondazione Corazzin (1995-1999) and the Fondazione Nord Est (2000-2013). A columnist for 'Il Sole 24 Ore' and the daily newspapers of the Northeast NEM Group, he participates in several scientific committees and is the author of numerous essays and books.

With Community since 2004, Giulia is in charge of corporate communications and is responsible for the Community Public Speaking Media Training (PSMT) division. Giulia also collaborates on Community Research & Analysis projects and takes care of media planning & buy for the Treviso office.

An expert in territorial corporate communication for fashion and retail companies, Giulia has supervised the institutional media relations of governmental, associative and research organisations in the north-east of Italy and has contributed to the organisation of numerous competitions and awards. For Community PSMT she deals with the design and management of training courses in marketing and business communication.

Giulia has a degree in Public Relations. A lover of the simplicity of things, she is passionate about fashion, art, design and the city of Venice, but above all about her two children.

Active in the digital field for over ten years, in Community since 2013 with projects and clients such as Carrefour, Adecco Group and Decathlon.

Silvia has many years of experience in the field of audiovisual and television, in communication companies, institutions and in organising cultural exhibitions at the Milan Triennale.

In Community since 2012, Giuliana follows corporate and financial projects for large international groups, Italian and non-Italian listed companies, and advisory activities to top management.

Giuliana previously worked as a journalist at La Gazzetta dello Sport covering major sporting events, including the London Olympics and the 2012 European Football Championship.

Giuliana has a degree in Contemporary Literature and Communication. Her passions are sport, travel and the sea.

In Community since 2021, Silvia specialises in corporate and financial communications. She began her career in Enel's Image and Communication office, before joining the communication team at ANCE, the National Association of Building Contractors.

Andrea holds a degree in Political Science and International Relations from LUISS – Guido Carli in Rome and a second-level master's degree in 'Institutional Relations, Lobby and Corporate Communication' from LUISS Business School.

Passionate about international politics, sports and ancient Roman history, he gained experience working for political communication and strategic consulting companies.

In the past, she held secretarial and teaching assistant roles in teaching International Law at LUISS University. He is fluent in English and has a good knowledge of French.

Giulia, in Community since 2019, deals with corporate communications and media relations with a focus on media, confindustrial associations and technology.

She began her work experience in the field of sports journalism, at the online editorial offices of Corriere dello Sport and TuttoSport, and radio as a speaker and author.

With a background in the humanities, she earned a degree in Communication, Digital Technologies and Cultures, graduating with highest honours in Communication, Media and Journalism from Sapienza University of Rome. She speaks English.

In Community since 2023, Cosimo works on digital communication strategies, social media management and personal branding for clients from different sectors.

He began his career as a TV editor and author, then worked as a journalist specialising in marketing and media before joining a large communications agency, with responsibility for online and offline content management.

Cosimo earned a master's degree in Mass Media and Politics at the University of Bologna, gaining academic and professional experience in Japan and the United States. He completed a Master's in Strategic Communication at 24ORE Business School.

In Community since 2023, Giovanna is a Consultant in the Media Relations division, dealing with media relations, corporate and consumer communication.

Previously, she worked with several public relations agencies managing product communication for well-known Italian and international brands in the fashion and accessory, food & beverage and sustainability sectors, gaining experience in lifestyle media relations, digital PR, events and influencer marketing.

Giovanna graduated in Modern Philology from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan.

Lucia has extensive experience in Public & Regulatory Affairs both as a manager and as a consultant.

After graduating in Business and Market Economics from the University of Roma Tre, she joined H3G in the Regulatory Affairs department, later becoming Head of Insitutional Affairs and Head of Media and TV Regulation after the merger with Wind.

Today, he is a public affairs consultant with strong experience in telecommunications, taxation and tobacco.

Before joining Community in 2021, Lucia served as Head of Institutional Affairs for Comin & Partners and then became Deputy Director of External Relations for the multinational British American Tobacco.

Psychologist, Transactional Analyst (I.T.A. member) and Senior Trainer ASEFOC, she specialises in Conflict Mediation at the Catholic University.

Corporate and Executive Coach (I.C.F. member), he has been involved in organisational training for about thirty years, working mainly in organisational transformation processes.

It also organises courses aimed at personal development and professional training in the field of human resources.

He is currently working on an experimental project (BLINKLEAD) that aims to analyse and train new leadership styles/models with a multidisciplinary approach.

In Community since 2012,Giorgio has held the position of External Relations Manager in some of the largest companies in the country.

After working as a journalist, in the 1980s he became Head of Press at Eni's Milan office. In the 1990s, he was appointed Director of Public Relations at Ansaldo Energia and later Head of External Relations for the Ansaldo Group's Energy, Industry and Transport businesses. In 2000, he moved into consultancy, first as a Director at Bonaparte 48 and later as Managing Director at Logoi Communication.

Giorgio, a journalist since 1985, skis and has a great passion for golf.

In Community since 2011, Laura is assistant to the President and Top Management. She takes care of the agenda, organises meetings, travel and transfers.

She is also the office manager of the Milan office, responsible for management and operational activities and coordination of suppliers. Previously, she was assistant to the president of Spot – public relations and communications, organising and managing all back office activities and following the press office for some clients. She was assistant to the managing director of Armando Testa spa and assistant to the head of external relations.

He has a high school diploma in languages and a degree in public relations. He loves sports, especially volleyball and swimming.

Joining Community in 2023, Fabio is head of the Finance & Administration team, taking care of budgeting, reporting and integration into the Excellera group.

Previously, he held similar roles in both multinational and leading national companies, serving as Project Manager in some special projects.

After graduating in Economics and Business Management from Milan's Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, he obtained a master's degree in Administration, Finance and Control. Passionate about music, hiking and geopolitics, he boasts a long and painful militancy as a Monza fan.

In Community since 2011, Silvia is in charge of Finance, Personnel Administration and Administrative and Management Control.

Silvia has previously worked in administration in several companies, also holding positions as Controller and Head Accountant.

Silvia has a diploma as an accountant and business expert. Her passions are family, friends, cooking, Pilates and fashion.

In Community since 2019, Giorgia deals with Administration and in particular with the Active Cycle, managing contracts, tenders and accounting for Italian and international clients.

Before joining Community, she was an administrative manager for a consulting and training company for many years. Previously she had experience in multinational companies in the Healthcare and Luxury sectors.

Giorgia has a Scientific High School Diploma and has acquired skills in administration and accounting over the years. She loves spending time with family and friends, sharing travels and food and wine tours with them.

In Community since 2024, Lorenzo is in charge of all the activities that make up the company's active cycle: customer management, contracts and invoicing.

Before coming to Community, Lorenzo worked as an active billing clerk in a private security and trust services company.

Lorenzo has a degree in Economics and Management. His passions are the mountains and the lake.

In Community since November 2024, Alessandro deals with accounting and administrative activities of various kinds, active cycle, order management, customer contracts and invoicing.

Prior to joining Community, Alessandro worked in companies of various sizes from multinationals where he started his career, to family-run businesses to medium-sized companies, always dealing with accounting activities across the board from asset cycle to liability cycle, treasury and others related to the fulfilment of various tax regulations.

Alessandro has a diploma in Accounting and is a great fan of skiing, snow and mountains in general.

In Community since 2009, Marina is office manager in the Treviso office; she is in charge of administration, particularly of the passive cycle, managing relations with suppliers, monitoring purchases and costs of the company.

Marina has many years of experience in administration, gained in structured companies operating in different economic sectors.

A graduate in accountancy, Marina regularly attends refresher courses to deepen her skills and the dynamics of her role. She loves reading and travelling.
