Auro Palomba has been named vice-president and Roberto Patriarca has been appointed CEO
Community, the firm founded in 2001 which is now part of the Excellera Advisory Group, announced today that it has strengthened its management structure by appointing Roberto Patriarca as CEO and Marco Rubino as Managing Partner. Founder Auro Palomba will continue to guide the firm’s strategies as Vice-President.
This new governance framework was designed to address major national and international challenges that the Excellera Group is set to face and which require ever greater organisational strength.
Auro Palomba will oversee the strategic development, as well as the team management, whilst Roberto Patriarca will take over operational management responsibilities. Marco Rubino, Managing Partner, Giuliano Pasini, Senior Partners and the firm’s representative on the Excellera Group’s Board of Directors, and the two Partners Pasquo Cicchini and Giovanna Benvenuti round off the firm’s governance.
