Auro Palomba, Vice-Chairman, and Roberto Patriarca have been appointed Chief Executive Officer
Community, a company founded in 2001 and now part of Excellera Advisory Group, announces the strengthening of its management team with the appointment of Roberto Patriarca to Chief Executive Officer and of Marco Rubino such as Managing Partner. The founder Auro Palomba, will continue to lead the company’s strategic direction in the role of Vice-Chair.
The new governance structure has been designed with the aim of to address major national and international challenges which the Excellera Group is preparing to tackle and which require an ever-increasing better organisation.
Auro Palomba will be followed by the strategic development as well as the team management, whilst Roberto Patriarca will take on the operational delegations for the company management. Marco Rubino, Managing Partner, Giuliano Pasini, Senior Partners and the company’s representative on the Board of Directors of the Excellera Group, the two Partners Pasquo Cicchini e Giovanna Benvenuti complete the governance framework.
