Auro Palomba, Chairman and founder of Community, has taken first place in the 2019 “Top PR Consultants” for the EMEA region (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) according to MergerLinks, a provider of financial sector services and intelligence which compiles one of the leading rankings of advisers active in M&A (mergers and acquisitions) transactions worldwide.
The group, which has been specialising in reputation management for almost 20 years, is also the only Italian adviser in the ranking, which includes the world’s leading communications firms; in 2019, the firm handled nine transactions with a total value of £35.2 billion (equivalent to approximately €42.2 billion). Among the major transactions handled in 2019 was the FCA–PSA merger.
This is a significant accolade that caps off the company’s global successes in 2019 and reaffirms its leadership in the sector; the company has also been honoured with other awards, such as that for best financial communications adviser in Italy, and ranks among the top firms in the rankings of other European countries.
