Community is ranked as the leading financial communications adviser in Italy (both in terms of value and the number of deals), whilst also climbing the European and global rankings compiled by Mergermaket, a leading financial intelligence observatory that compiles the world’s most authoritative M&A (mergers and acquisitions) transaction monitor, as well as surveying financial, legal and communications advisers. The ranking examines both the number and value of deals which took place in the first six months of this year: the firm was involved in the communications for 30 deals worldwide, with a total value of USD 13.347 billion (EUR 11.9 billion).
Community is the first Italian company to feature in the international rankings, coming in at number 8th a place in Europe by number of deals (28 M&As) and 15th in the global rankings. The firm also ranks among the top firms in other countries, Take 2nd location in Latin America, 3rd place in Ireland, and 7th place in Asia (the only Italian company included) in terms of the value of the deals it has handled).
This is a great honour for Community, reflecting the global leadership the company has achieved and which, in 2023, led to the establishment of Excellera Advisory Group, Italy’s largest consultancy firm specialising in government affairs and reputation management, a A group with a turnover of €25 million, formed through the merger with Cattaneo Zanetto & Co. and with the support of Xenon Private Equity.
