{"id":9092,"date":"2021-10-12T09:34:39","date_gmt":"2021-10-12T09:34:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/community.local\/?p=9092"},"modified":"2026-01-19T18:47:09","modified_gmt":"2026-01-19T17:47:09","slug":"community-rafforza-lorganizzazione-per-rispondere-alle-sfide-di-un-mercato-in-continua-evoluzione","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.community.it\/en\/2021\/10\/12\/community-rafforza-lorganizzazione-per-rispondere-alle-sfide-di-un-mercato-in-continua-evoluzione\/","title":{"rendered":"Community is strengthening its organisation to meet the challenges of an ever-changing market"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Community<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>is strengthening the company\u2019s management team with six new appointments: the aim is to create a more comprehensive and efficient organisation, making the most of its resources<\/strong>\u00a0and thus continuing on the path of growth that began in 2001.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The revamped organisational structure \u2013 which sees Senior Partners Giuliano Pasini, Roberto Patriarca and Marco Rubino at the helm, along with Partner Pasquo Cicchini and Team Leader Giovanna Benvenuti \u2013 is aimed at bringing a more managerial approach to the firm, thanks to the development of professionals who have distinguished themselves through their ability to interpret the needs of a constantly evolving market.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The appointments, announced at the company\u2019s 20th-anniversary convention, will strengthen roles in areas that Community has identified as crucial drivers for the company\u2019s future development: digital, sustainability, public affairs and the development of its human resources:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Silvia Borsari<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong><em>Senior Director of Digital<\/em><\/strong>, will lead the Community Digital team \u2013 which is set to expand further \u2013 with a view to innovating tools that are now fully integrated with those of so-called \u2018traditional communication\u2019. Silvia, who has been with Community since 2013, also lectures in social media communication and digital marketing strategy at IULM University.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lucia Bernab\u00e8<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong><em>Senior Adviser, Public Affairs<\/em><\/strong>, will lead the team \u2013 which is also undergoing further development \u2013 from Rome, focusing on institutional relations to help create comprehensive advocacy campaigns designed to foster positive synergies with communication activities, whilst engaging in the public decision-making process with transparency and effectiveness. Lucia has been with Community since 2020 and has extensive experience in consultancy firms and leading multinational organisations.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Giulia Saccardo<\/strong>, who has been with Community since 2003, will take up the post of\u00a0<strong><em>Director of HR, Training, Community, Research and Analysis<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0He is responsible for managing the processes relating to the organisation, recruitment, training and development of team members, as well as supporting Prof. Daniele Marini at the Community Studies Centre and overseeing the division that delivers public speaking and media training courses for client companies.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Giovanna Biscaro<\/strong>, who has been with Community since 2014, will take on the role of\u00a0<strong><em>Director of Sustainability and Special Projects<\/em><\/strong>, for the development of all the Group\u2019s most innovative projects, including PurPle, the new competence hub founded by Community in collaboration with leading partners to support businesses in creating projects centred on sustainability and inclusion, and Reputation Science, the joint venture with Reputation Manager established in 2018 to manage the reputation of companies, organisations and professionals using a \u2018data-driven\u2019 approach. Giovanna will also be responsible for Community\u2019s marketing.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within the Community teams, professionals have also been given greater responsibility, leading them to take on key roles:\u00a0<strong>Giulia Gabriele <\/strong>e\u00a0<strong>Giovanni Fabbri<\/strong>\u00a0have been appointed\u00a0<strong><em>Director<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>of the teams led by Giovanna Benvenuti and Pasquo Cicchini respectively.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Community is also looking for new staff: in fact, they are\u00a0<strong>recruitment is planned for the coming months <\/strong>in the media relations, public affairs and digital divisions, with career progression opportunities in line with those offered by leading international consultancy firms.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c<em>I am proud of the new appointments, which we announced during our convention marking the first 20th anniversary of Community\u00a0<\/em>\u2013 he said\u00a0<strong>Auro Palomba<\/strong>\u00a0-\u00a0<em>Putting our people and their development at the heart of everything we do has always been a defining feature of our organisation.
