The \u2018entrepreneurial\u2019 workers are on their way<\/p>\n<p>As work changes, so do workers. With Industry 4.0, we are witnessing a cultural revolution within companies. Greater skills, greater involvement and improved welfare are also transforming the relationships between employees, employers and trade union representatives.
