Cooperation marches again<\/p>\n

A patchy recovery “that which characterises the world of cooperation in Veneto. And even in a complex context, made up of a kaleidoscope of activities and sizes, sectors and markets, the best performances were recorded by companies in the province of Treviso, companies in the solidarity and services sector, and those with an average size (between 50 and 249 employees). Co-operatives in the Belluno area, agricultural co-ops, and those over 250 employees in size were stable. The worst performers, however, are the co-ops in the Rovigo and Venice areas and those whose size does not exceed 9 employees. These are the findings of a survey presented yesterday morning in Padua by Irecoop Veneto and Confcooperative, conducted by Daniele Marini on a sample of almost 500 cooperative companies in Veneto.<\/p>\n
