Founder <strong>Auro Palomba<\/strong> will continue to guide the firm\u2019s strategies as <strong>Vice-President<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This new governance framework was designed to <strong>address major national and international challenges <\/strong>that the Excellera Group is set to face and which require ever <strong>greater organisational strength<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Auro Palomba<\/strong> will oversee the <strong>strategic development, <\/strong>as well as the<strong> team management<\/strong>, whilst <strong>Roberto Patriarca <\/strong>will take over<strong> operational management responsibilities.<\/strong> <strong>Marco Rubino<\/strong>, <strong>Managing Partner<\/strong>, <strong>Giuliano Pasini<\/strong>, <strong>Senior Partners<\/strong> and the firm\u2019s representative on the <strong>Excellera Group\u2019s Board of Directors<\/strong>, and the two <strong>Partners<\/strong> <strong>Pasquo Cicchini<\/strong> and <strong>Giovanna Benvenuti<\/strong> round off the firm\u2019s governance.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>To grow, to look to the future and to be always ready to take on any challenge that the market or our customers may present<\/em>. <em>This is the guiding principle behind our growth, which has also led us to decide to entrust increasing responsibility to Community\u2019s own managers.<\/em> <em>The new governance structure will enable us to monitor the development of our business and the growth of the Group \u2013 which we founded just two years ago \u2013 more effectively.
