The founder <strong>Auro Palomba<\/strong>, will continue to lead the company\u2019s strategic direction in the role of <strong>Vice-Chair<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The new governance structure has been designed with the aim of <strong>to address major national and international challenges <\/strong>which the Excellera Group is preparing to tackle and which require an ever-increasing <strong>better organisation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Auro Palomba<\/strong> will be followed by the <strong>strategic development <\/strong>as well as the<strong> team management<\/strong>, whilst <strong>Roberto Patriarca <\/strong>will take on the<strong> operational delegations <\/strong>for the company management. <strong>Marco Rubino<\/strong>, <strong>Managing Partner<\/strong>, <strong>Giuliano Pasini<\/strong>, <strong>Senior Partners<\/strong> and the company\u2019s representative on the <strong>Board of Directors of the Excellera Group<\/strong>, the two <strong>Partners<\/strong> <strong>Pasquo Cicchini<\/strong> e <strong>Giovanna Benvenuti<\/strong> complete the governance framework.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>To grow, look to the future and always be ready to rise to any challenge that the market or our customers may present us with.
